engr1111 Intro to Engineering Club Participation Survey // Fall 2003

Please fill in all applicable fields and submit this survey. Remember this counts as HW#3.

These are the instructions from the HW#3 handout:

You must choose two organizations in which to participate (one of them may be the Physics and Engineering Club). Here's what you have to do:

  1. Choose two (2) organizations.
  2. Contact the faculty sponsor or a current officer in the club and let them know you would like to know something about the club (i.e. what they do, etc...).
  3. Join the club.
  4. Participate in the club.
Don't forget to fill out the survey (that's to get credit for HW#3). You will need to fill in the contact info for the person with whom you spoke about the club and other basics like how often the club meets and the basic purpose of the club.
